A gentle screening interview with an HR person, mostly focused on cultural fit.
This was followed by a dummy project homework that took approximately 2-3 days to complete (not full days).
Then, a technical review of the homework, conducted in a polite manner.
Finally, a proposal was presented.
Questions
They asked me if I accepted to work in another city, 40 minutes away by car, on site for three days a week.
