The first stage involved reviewing my CV and asking questions regarding Modern C++. The interviewer was undoubtedly the best I had ever come across – very professional and sincere, aiming for a conversation rather than a Q&A.
The final stage was a technical interview hosted on Godbolt, functioning as a whiteboard session. C++ code examples were provided, and I had to correct the code and explain my reasoning. This portion of the interview was also very good, and the team was excellent to interact with.
I did not get the role in the end, but they did provide feedback. To me, and based on the previous experiences mentioned, this makes Siemens the best company I have ever interviewed for.
