Pros: All policies are great. You get unexpected bonus and voucher of Amazon Pay. Great, great work culture. You can take retirement from Siemens. I just love it. It feels so amazing to work with this great company and best people for 2+ years.
Flexible working hours. Management is great. HR policies such as more number of leaves as compared to other organizations.
