Most of the co-workers are helpful.
A nice, quiet place.
Cons: Not too challenging. Less focus on code quality than on documentation. This role is mostly about creating documentation about something. Within the team, they are not open to improvements. Incredibly slow processes. The communication between the branch offices was characterized by challenges and a hierarchical structure.
