Process
I applied to Siemens VAI. After four to five months, I was called for an interview at Hotel Vatsa in Bhilai. Siemens VAI was overseeing a project at Bhilai Steel Plant and had their city office in the same hotel where the interview was conducted. My interview lasted for around one hour, and finally, after one month, I was asked to join the company.
