I applied online through their website.
Approximately two to three weeks later, I received a call to set up a phone interview.
After a standard phone interview, I was called in for a face-to-face interview about two to three weeks later.
This division was quite informal. I was introduced to four or five engineers who discussed my qualifications with me. The interview lasted about two hours.
Finally, I was sent home with a basic engineering homework problem.
