Process
After the information session, there was an online test with a variety of technical questions. After qualifying that, there was a panel interview, combining behavioral and technical questions.
Behavioral questions were usual, such as "Tell us about yourself," "Are you okay with relocation?" "What are your location preferences?" and "Are you comfortable with traveling for projects?"
Technical questions regarded different sensors for temperature, flow, etc., and about DCS and PLCs.
