Pros: Great benefits, including a very generous PTO policy (at least according to US standards).
Job security (depending on division), generally pretty predictable.
Cons: Boring office environment, sometimes hard to get things done in such a process-oriented environment. "If only Siemens knew what Siemens knew" (i.e., it is such a huge company that many times your same project has already been tried and failed in the past).
