Pros: I had a good manager who was organized and communicated expectations clearly.
I was offered a full-time position at the end of my internship.
I was given freedom to manage myself and my projects independently.
Cons: The office is outside of Atlanta. You must have a car to get there. Also, the office is row after row of plain cubicles. Most desks were empty (pre-COVID) around me. I did not feel that I fit in as a young professional.
