Graduate Engineer Trainee Interview Experience - Alīgarh, India
Process
The interview process was very unfair.
The company visited my college in August. They had three rounds: written, technical interview, and HR.
The level of the test was moderate. However, when they started the interview process, they began with the technical round. If they liked a candidate after 15-20 minutes, they sent them to HR.
Some students were sent to HR without completing the entire technical process, which is quite unfair. There could have been other deserving students waiting for their turn. Sending students to HR without the completion of a full round is not expected from such a highly reputed company.
