Pros: Lunch and snacks at a subsidized rate.
Cons: Manipulative management. From last year, company culture became worse. There are no good managers, a lot of politics, exclusion, and you'll be lost. Choose wisely. If you are a fresher, don't join here; it's really a retiring company.

Pros: Good pay, subsidized food, good transport.
Cons: Quality of work is bad in some projects. There is no flexibility to work from home in the industry department. The manager puts a lot of pressure, so there is no work-life balance in Siemens' industry department.
