I applied online through a friend's referral.
I received an email scheduling a phone interview two days later. The interview was scheduled to be about 30 minutes.
The interviewer called on time. They asked me to do a self-introduction, then went through my resume.
It seemed we were not "in sync." Every time after my answer, there was an awkward silence. Probably my fault
