I am very disappointed with the recruitment procedure. After receiving the salary breakup mail and resigning from my present company, they declined to release my offer letter. This was due to a lack of open positions because of the current scenario.
Why conduct interviews and inform us that we are selected? I resigned from my present company only after numerous follow-ups with HR and reconfirmation of the offer.
It is surprising that such a large company can commit such blunders and fail to honor its offer.
