The discussion with HR was pleasant and went well. I was asked standard HR-type questions.
I was then directed to take two online tests:
- An IQ-type test
- A coding-type test
I failed the coding test due to the time limit. Another 10 minutes would have helped. I tend to panic during tests, which resulted in failure.

Pros: Flexible work environment, interesting technology development, many different products and positions enable easy moves to new responsibilities, international company, has awareness of and attempts to improve gender equality in leadership positions.
Cons: Top-heavy organization: lots of managers, not a lot of people doing the work.
Teams in different continents can make projects difficult to progress.
