Worst interview experience. I was asked to reach the place at 9 A.M. by the consultant. When I reached there, I found they had called around 200+ people.

The panel arrived at 11 A.M. and started with a MCQ test on Java. They eliminated around 90% of the people. Then, they asked another 10-20 people to leave for the day, stating they would call them on another day.

I was one of the final lucky candidates to make it to the top 10. Then, they started with interviews. They were very slow with the interview process, and my turn came at 3:30 P.M. for the first round of interview.

The interview was average, and I cleared it. By the time I finished my first interview, the HR had left for the day. Then, the interviewer came and communicated to me and 2-3 other people that they were leaving for the day and would call me next week for the second round.

It has been more than 3 weeks, but none of us have received any call from either the consultant or the company.

When I called HR, she gave lame excuses, like the panel was working to figure out dates for the second round and that it was raining heavily, so the panel was unable to come to the office. Then, she stopped answering my calls.

They wasted my entire day and the money I spent.

I would advise against attending their interview; they don't respect talent.
