I was interviewed at the Gurgaon office in Sector 29. The overall interview process started with a technical round. Due to sheer mismanagement, my interview took place four hours after I arrived. There was no systematic way of determining who had been interviewed or who had been selected.
My interview was good and lasted for 30 minutes. I waited for my result for an hour. Later, upon enquiring with a managing person, he told me that I was not selected. Although I was pretty sure of my interview performance, as I had answered everything, I had a doubt but didn't know who to ask. All the guards and peons were managing everything. So, I left. I dropped a mail to the HR who called me for the interview regarding this, to which he said he would update me on Monday.
After an hour of my leaving the office, I got a call stating that I had cleared the interview and had a second round. Happily, I went back. This interview was design and standard-based, and it went awesome, better than the first interview. I was sure of the job then. But then, later, the same person again told me to leave for the day. I was shocked again but couldn't do anything.
I am pretty sure there is something going on, some backdoor entry or something, in my name.
Anyways, I can't help.
Overall, all this happened due to mismanagement. Probably, the HR should be more active.
