I applied in December 2019 and received a call for an interview almost one month later. Even though the interview was smooth and easy, I got a call for a second-round interview after three months.
In the first interview, they concentrated on current job responsibilities and scrum working style.
In total, it took four months to proceed to the next round. The second round was easy too.
However, the most questionable part was the presence of unrelated department heads, who were in no way related to the role being hired, during the interview.
This role has been open for five months now. It looks like they don't want to hire. Then why do they call people for an interview?
All in all, it has been a negative experience as they took a long time and kept the candidate waiting.
How do you see yourself in 5 years?
