Good company policies, but politics is very bad

Pros: I will tell as per my experience (1 year) working in a small team.
* Great learning opportunity, but you have to do it on your own.
* Good company policies (No Cost Mtech, MBA).
* Good hike (got double-digit at 3 years' experience).
* Provides bonus and Diwali gifts.
* Work-life balance (good for my project).
* Got free food and free transportation (post-COVID period, don't know for how long it will be like this).
Cons: Lots of politics here at the Gurgaon office.
Very few external projects (the majority of them are for other Siemens entities).
Less onsite opportunity.
