Software Engineer Interview Experience - Florham Park, New Jersey
Process
I had four interviews.
The first was a general phone call, designed to give the hiring manager a gut feeling about you.
Then, two panel interviews followed back-to-back:
- One was highly technical, where they really hammered down on your resume and understanding of relevant concepts.
- The second panel interview was behavioral.
The final interview was with a higher-up employee who has been with Siemens for a long time (15 years in my case). This one felt like they gave him my resume the day of and just told him to talk to me for 30 minutes. It was very laid back and felt like a conversation, not an interview.
