Worst management ever seen. Manager-driven organization
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Gurgaon, Haryana, India
July 5, 2017
Pros: If you don't want to work and sit idle, and you have a habit of buttering your manager, then this is the best place for you.
Cons: 1. No one is here to listen to you, neither the manager nor HR. It's all like a government organization where you have to run after people to get your problem resolved.
2. Poor processes and no one is here to look after escalations.
3. Managers are not supportive at all, and even HRs don't listen to employees.
4. Managers threaten their employees.
Advice to other folks: Please don't ever think of joining Siemens Gurgaon.
