Pros: Good people to work with and be around in all departments. Strong drive to push the company forward. Manager is great mentor figure that helps you learn as much new tech as you can to be well-equipped as a software engineer. Sets you up well for future success.
Cons: Location is not ideal, long commute if you live in the triangle.
