Pros: - Work-life balance
- Initial package offered
- Medical insurance
- Food canteen
Cons: - Hike/increment process has become like a service-based company.
- Imaginary/meaningless justification for less increment.
- No or very rare promotion.
- Staying for a long time in the company would be the worst decision.
- Managers expect you to work on multiple projects, including showcasing extra skills in POCs. Even after achieving more than expected, what one would get in an appraisal meeting is hundreds of negative points and only one to two positive points.
