The Director of Engineering reached out to me himself, which felt a little strange. I had three technical interviews back-to-back, which felt very unnecessary. Some interviews were more behavioral and also included just talking about my projects and experiences. At the end of the interview process, I was completely ghosted by all faculty, even after sending follow-ups.
