60-minute phone interview with multiple interviewers.
In-person interview:
I sat with the team leader and completed an assessment by hand on paper. Afterward, I shadowed an employee and observed them completing a daily task from a ticket. I was then seated in a boardroom with 6-8 people, and we reviewed my paper assessment. Following the assessment review, I was asked to answer some whiteboard questions, one of which was a brain teaser. The total in-person interview lasted 4 hours.
Brain Teaser Whiteboard Question:
You are in a rowing boat on a lake. A large, heavy rock is also in the boat. You heave the rock overboard.
It sinks to the bottom of the lake.
What happens to the water level in the lake?
Does it rise, fall, or stay the same?
