Pros: Hybrid working: 2 days from the office.
Work-life balance is good.
Deserving employees can get a retention bonus with a bond period attached.
You get a brand name on your resume.
Cons: Not a pay master, but still you can earn a decent salary.
Salary hikes will be between 5-9%.
You will have to ask for what you want here. If you are a silent fish kind of person, trust me, you won't get anything.
A lot of favoritism within a team. Managers have their favorite people who will always get everything, along with short onsite opportunities. Although onsite opportunities here are hardly for a week and that too agenda-based.
