I was referred to Siemens, Pune, through an employee referral.

I appeared for a QA Automation role with C# and Selenium. The interview process consisted of two technical rounds and one managerial + HR round.

1st Technical Round:

• Questions on C# and OOPS concepts.
• Questions on frameworks and my current project.
• Questions on CI/CD.
• Questions on Selenium and frameworks.
• Questions on testing methodologies.

2nd Technical Round:

• Almost everything mentioned on my resume was discussed.
• Roles and responsibilities regarding my current company and project were covered.
• Scenario-based questions were asked.

The result of the 2nd technical round was conveyed after 3-4 days. Subsequently, I was invited for the managerial + HR round, which mostly involved behavioral questions and lasted for about an hour.

Almost two weeks later, the result was announced, and an offer was extended. Although the offered amount was less than I expected, I was informed that I would be eligible for appraisals. The HR process at Siemens can be quite slow.
