Pros: Prevent over-working. Many times, I constantly checked with the supervisor whether I worked too much or not.
Cons: Less chance to develop further skills or meet other colleagues outside of the team. But it might be because of the whole pandemic time.

Pros: I learned a lot at Siemens and am well-paid in comparison to other working student positions. Initially, I received 15 Euros per hour, but after 6 months, I was given a raise. I was also able to work from home.
Cons: My working hours were very loose, and I always had to be available (my work-hours were more task-based rather than time-based). So at times, I worked overtime.
