Worst interview experience ever. I've never seen such irresponsible HR people. They told me to wait, and I just waited. I was selected in the first round, but when it came to the second round, they asked me to wait. I responded that I was ready to come down again as I had to leave. They scheduled another round for me the next day. I was there at the scheduled time, but they still told me to wait.

The HR person told me she would come to meet me, but no one approached. I could not find her, and she did not pick up my phone. I just waited and left for the day.

If they are not willing to select anyone, they should say 'no' directly, not just tell candidates to wait. This happened in Electronic City, Bangalore.
