- No restrictions in using the latest versions of Angular for the web applications or third-party libraries that were required.
- Hybrid work model was decent.
- While the hybrid work model was decent, it was also closely monitored.
- The environment was toxic, at least in the department/team I was in.
- There were no growth opportunities, apart from "getting more technical".
- There was no regard to what the employee goals are.
- There were no professional development plans.
- Innovation and improvement ideas were not welcome and were being shut down.
- The team lead was strictly uncooperating.
I have no advice for the management, but I do have an observation. Whatever negative was happening, the management was aware of it and was doing nothing about it.
