• No restrictions in using the latest versions of Angular for the web applications or third-party libraries that were required.
• Hybrid work model was decent.

• While the hybrid work model was decent, it was also closely monitored.
• The environment was toxic, at least in the department/team I was in.
• There were no growth opportunities, apart from "getting more technical".
• There was no regard to what the employee goals are.
• There were no professional development plans.
• Innovation and improvement ideas were not welcome and were being shut down.
• The team lead was strictly uncooperating.

I have no advice for the management, but I do have an observation. Whatever negative was happening, the management was aware of it and was doing nothing about it.
