First, I received a phone call from Siemens' recruiters. Then, I had a second interview on Skype. In the end, I had a third one with HR and a manager.

A brief phone interview, including verification of language skills. This is followed by a regular interview with a team consisting of the manager, senior prospective coworkers, and HR personnel. A psytest was administered before the interview.
