Flexible working hours, work from home.
No cons there as such in Siemens.
Great Management
It was a campus placement. I had two rounds of interviews: technical and HR. The technical interview was nice and continued for a long hour. It was my first experience with any company, and I enjoyed it.
It wasn't very welcoming, and the length wasn't helpful. It focused more on memorization than on thinking. So much tension was built up, and it was nothing more than trial and error to make them change the question.
1. HR 2. 1-hour technical interview. Questions were based on core Java. 3. 1-hour technical interview. Questions covered Spring, REST APIs, JPA, Docker, and basic Microservices. JUnit testing was also included. 4. HR confirmation.
