Terrible company to work for
Good employee benefits, and a good brand to have on your resume.
Rampant corruption at the Sydney office. Most managers are not qualified for their positions and don't hold degrees or qualifications. You will only get promoted in this company if you join the bandwagon of corruption.
Upper management needs to crack down on lower management corruption. Siemens has an honorable name; however, something needs to be done about the corruption.
