Small and tight-knit service department. Opportunity to take on a wide variety of tasks and expand knowledge.
Small team, career advancement, whether lateral or vertical, may be extremely difficult. There are a couple of awesome engineers to learn from here, but you may not be paired with them often. It can take a long time to go from an interview to an offer. As it is a big company, it can take a long time to get job positions spun up and approved.
All questions related to electrical engineering. Topics include: * Schematics * Electrical components * Flow diagrams * Systems engineering * Logic diagrams Software knowledge is required, including basic programming language knowledge and LabVIEW
Things were fast and straightforward. They are growing in North America. The managers were in a rush, and I finally got the offer. I wanted some clarification on a few details in the offer, and they got upset. They withdrew the offer, which was odd.
