The team members were good to work with.
No salary hike. Bad pay grade. For the team, no salary hike for two years.
No facility for WFH even during the two years of COVID. Had to go to the office every single day with no facility of WFH.
Management puts employees on PIP and later out of the company if they don't act as per their instructions.
Think good for your employers, else they will leave for good.
