So far, the best company I ever worked for
There is a process for everything.
Salary paid on time. Trainings and certifications paid by the company. Great multicultural company. You are respected for who you are, your ideas, and ways of thinking – very inclusive. Extremely strict business conduct guidelines. There's room to learn, err, and do things right. Good work/life balance. Very nice office perks, and sometimes you get goodies by mail.
People sometimes work in silos.
Sometimes it's not easy to know who does what and who is responsible for something.
It's a huge company; sometimes it's hard to get noticed.
I still don't know how easy or hard it will be to get a promotion.
