Pros

The company has great benefits.

Co-workers are friendly and willing to help with problems.

Cons

The company is far too process-oriented.

There is a lot of red tape for any action you would like to take.

It is nearly impossible to get the Controllers to approve any money spent for internal projects.

Engineers get 3-4 years of experience, then leave for competitors or operating companies, due to lack of advancement opportunities.

Advice to Management

Provide a clear career path for young engineers. Remove unneeded processes.
