Good people mostly went over my resume and previous projects, and then a little about me. They explained what specific duties the job would require. Overall, a smooth process and a good experience.

Too long, several times to come to an office, common questions, introducing to potential projects. It had taken about a month to be hired. Low salary decline. Too much work for low market salary.

I was asked about projects and topics, such as polymorphism. I was also asked how I tested projects. There were a few STAR-style questions as well. I talked to only the main engineering manager. Overall, it was a relatively simple interview.
