If you are not ambitious, you probably won't enjoy the internship/co-op program here because nobody is going to hold your hand.
If you prove that you are smart and hardworking, you'll be rewarded with the opportunity for overtime or more challenging projects. For co-ops, this could lead to a significant pay increase when you return for your second or third term.
Large companies like this can often move slowly.
