I had a good manager who was organized and communicated expectations clearly.
I was offered a full-time position at the end of my internship.
I was given freedom to manage myself and my projects independently.
The office is outside of Atlanta. You must have a car to get there. Also, the office is row after row of plain cubicles. Most desks were empty (pre-COVID) around me. I did not feel that I fit in as a young professional.
The interview process was all behavioral and casual. They genuinely just want to get to know you more. It was a 30-40 minute process with a follow-up period where you can ask the recruiter what you want to know.
I applied on the website with my resume and outlined my goals. This was for the Engineering Leadership Development Program. I received an email and a call from a recruiter and set up an interview with a project manager. The interview was a 30-minut
I interviewed in April 2024. The interviewer was a manager who reviewed my resume during the call and asked questions about my engineering experiences in school. He asked some personality/general questions but did not ask technical questions.
