Pros

Established name, which will help with future job opportunities.

Cons

There is often a lack of resources required to perform duties. Management is continually cutting back on resources and pushing more work on individuals to increase profit per headcount.

Lots of false promises regarding compensation. Instead of working to address the root of a problem, band-aid solutions are created in the short term with the idea that corrective action will happen after the resolution, except this never happens.

Management is aware of the problems but unwilling to fix them and hold themselves accountable for the resolution.

Advice to Management

Remove politics from the working culture. Be honest about expectations and performance.

Accountability from leadership is lacking and needs to be addressed sooner than anything else. However, the overburden of process controls needs to be removed.
