Some rotational placements are excellent, and external training is strongly encouraged.
Some placements have no work for you, leaving you bored. Salary is on the low side, and any additional help for graduates is lacking. There's no London weighting for the salary, which is tough as a graduate.
Graduates need to be better financially supported and placements better organized.
