There is never a case of having to cover for a co-worker who is a bit "thick".

Also, there is excellent technology to develop and learn, and the customers tend to be wonderful people to work with as well.

Management tends to get rid of the people that the customers want to have around.

It is a place where we work with customers intimately and for long periods of time (sometimes ten years or more) and keep the ones on who the customer wants to see less of.

An upgrade contract was postponed last year because a customer did not like the fact that the employee they would be working with had poor hygiene.

They need to ask the customer for performance reviews and listen to them so they can secure more work for us in the future.
