Record a video response to six written questions, with a 3-minute timed response interval per question. I did not care for the 'make your own video interview from home' aspect. I had no company contacts to correspond with.

Wasteful hiring and interview process. If you are preparing for an interview, this is your right place. Otherwise, it's a total waste of time; please do not go through the Siemens process. Total time waste.

The interview process was fair overall, including a couple of technical questions and behavioral questions. Questions were aligned with the technical details of the position. There was also a take-home test, which was related to the questions.
