The team is amazing people-wise (too bad most of them are leaving). The projects are interesting and keep you motivated (at least in our team). Exciting technologies alongside legacy (a bit of everything). WFH equipment is adequate.

Too many people are overworked due to understaffing, leading to bad morale.
Bad compensation: accounting for inflation, I am at the same level I started in 2019. I expected a 30% difference to the market (everyone knew Siemens was not paying well), but not a 100% difference.
