Flexible schedules, good work environment.
None in particular so far.
In person: * HR: * About yourself * Expected pay * What do I know about the organization * Technical/Recruiting Manager: * Subjects of interest * Knowledge application in real-time * Study projects done in co
After submitting my CV, a few days later I got a call and was offered an interview. At the interview, I was given technical and situational questions. I was also asked about my previous experiences with CAM, turning, and milling.
Referred through an agency but applied many times. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes. It could probably tell if they would like to work with you. The attitude was fine, but other companies sometimes have a better one.
