Paid some bills. It was a long time ago, but the Glassdoor page makes you select a recent date.

Cons

They have a great 3D CAD system, yet on make 2D shaft drawings, a macro could be created easily to handle shafts. They do not have respect for direct employees, let alone contractors. Pay is low compared to other contract positions. Indian foreign recruiters call continuously, more than one for the same company, for the last maybe five to six years. They see that I have worked there in the past. They must not communicate with each other. They call so much, offering low pay, and never get a callback, interview, or offer. I consider this harassment.

Advice to Management

Get American recruiters. Offer better pay to contractors that deserve better pay because they get zero benefits, holidays, or paid days off. Realize that cheaper for recruiters and contractors does not return better results. Keep people when they work out. Continuous hiring shows no respect for any of your employees, contract or direct.
