First, a coding challenge, resume screening, and then a one-hour behavioral interview with senior management. The next round was a technical interview with senior developers. Finally, the hiring manager called with the offer.

The interview was fairly informal. There were typical HR questions, such as "scenario type questions," which had to be completed. However, the interviewer was informal about these and more interested in my technical ability.

Application, online text, assessment centre. Bear in mind that they do not pay back all the money you spend to do the interview. I am still waiting for the money; it's been more than two months.
