Just one interview was conducted with two Siemens staff. They asked the questions and allowed me time to respond. After that, I was permitted to use the planning software to demonstrate my competency.

Interviewed with five management people. The first interview was with the CFO from Germany, and I really hit it off with him. I met my supervisor during the last interview. I was asked if I liked paperwork and putting together three-ring binders wit

I was asked about projects and topics, such as polymorphism. I was also asked how I tested projects. There were a few STAR-style questions as well. I talked to only the main engineering manager. Overall, it was a relatively simple interview.
