Laid-back environment, work is easy to understand, pay is decent, and benefits are great.
Very poor management, lots of favoritism, and people are put into positions based on a clique. Most production supervisors are very underhanded and constantly talking about their employees behind their back.
Better planning: move people within the teams rather than from outside, instead of keeping someone in a position because you don't want to fill it. Increase pay or give better bonuses.
